0:00 Lean forward and hold onto a chair. Let the opposite arm relax down in front of you and slowly rotate the arm in a clockwise direction. Keep the back flat at all times during the exercise.
0:15 Lean forward and hold onto a chair. Let the arm in a sling relax down in front of you and slowly rotate it in a clockwise direction, as relaxed. Raise the arm up in front of you and back to your side as far as you can before pain inhibits the movement.
Slowly move the weight forwards and backwards keeping the shoulder blades set.
Lying on your front keep the shoulder still and rotate hand up in line with the bed and back down.
With the hands shoulder width apart bend the elbows but keep the shoulder blades set and the back flat.
